In 1999, Ukraine implemented a short-lived series of Revenue Stamps used for the purpose of collecting a stamp duty on inbound goods & shpments. These stamps were only valid for about 200 days in 1999, thus very difficult to find. I have managed to obtain (from a Ukrainian stamp collector) at least one copy of each of the stamps that were used on full original customs documents.
